Refund & Return Policy

At Bowler Esthetics, your satisfaction means everything to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds outlined below.


Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the incorrect product

  • Your order arrives significantly damaged in transit

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of issue (photos or video) is required

Please contact us at product@bowleresthetics.com before returning any items. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Final sale or promotional items (unless defective)


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email product@bowleresthetics.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

In most cases, we are happy to provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact us at product@bowleresthetics.com

In most cases, we are happy to provide a replacement or resolution after confirming tracking details with the carrier.

Please note:

  • Bowler Esthetics is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

  • We recommend double-checking your shipping address and delivery location at checkout.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
