No, this new exciting program is replacing our current monthly membership!
When do new educational courses launch?
New courses launch every quarter. There is no exact date on any course launch, it will happen any time during the quarter!
How do I access the Artist Club community?
Currently, we use Facebook for our community, but shortly we will be moving to our own platform! Watch for a new link to this FB community when joining the artist club!
Can you upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! As long as you’re paying monthly, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you paid in full for the year, you’re committed for the year.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. You are only committed for one year if you pay in advance!
Will I have access to the courses once I cancel the Artist Club?
No, you will no longer have access to the education, community platform, or assets once you cancel your subscription.
Can I share my benefits?
No, there can only be one person associated with each account.
Is there free shipping internationally?
No, free shipping is only available for domestic orders.
How can I use my discounts on products?
You need to be an active member of the artist club and logged into your corresponding account in order to access your discounts. Discounts will automatically load at check out.
How are the business club webinars hosted?
An email will be sent out at the beginning of each month for the dates and times of the call, if you miss the call you will have replay access until the next call.
