Eyeliner Black
Cool, carbon based black eyeliner pigment. It is for experienced, professional artists and those with experience with carbon colors. Add a few drops of Orange Crush as warm insurance to prevent cool results, especially on very cool, translucent skin tones. It is suitable for use on Fitzpatrick skin tones 2-6.
