(01) DISPENSE:
With clean hands, dispense a pea sized amount onto fingertips.

02) LATHER:
Dilute soap with water between fingertips.

(03) CLEANSE:
Gently cleanse permanent makeup or tattoo. No scrubbing or abrasive rubbing.

(04) RINSE:
Rinse throughly with water to remove all soap and residue from the tattooed area. Pat area dry.

(05) DISPENSE:
Dispense a rice grained amount of balm on to fingertips, this is enough to cover both brows.
